If you use a volume or bump bot, you will hear two terms: the master wallet and maker wallets. They are simple once you see the job each one does.

The master wallet

The master wallet is your wallet inside the bot. There is one for each chain:

  • Solana: holds SOL
  • BNB Chain: holds BNB
  • Robinhood Chain: holds ETH

It does three things:

  1. It is where you send funds to start.
  2. It pays for your sessions, by funding the maker wallets.
  3. It receives everything back when a session ends.

The bot creates it the first time you start a session on a chain, or you can bring your own wallet. You can view it, export its private key, change it, and transfer funds out from Settings at any time.

Maker wallets

Maker wallets are temporary wallets the bot creates for a session. They do the actual trading.

Why not trade from one wallet? Because one wallet making thousands of trades looks like exactly what it is. Spreading the trades over many wallets, at varied sizes and timing, gives a more natural activity pattern and lets the trades run in parallel.

In the Volume Booster you can use up to 50 maker wallets. In the Bump Booster, wallets work in bundles of three, and each bundle runs on its own loop.

How the money moves

  1. You send SOL, BNB or ETH to the master wallet.
  2. You start a session. The bot splits part of the funds across maker wallets.
  3. The maker wallets buy and sell your token.
  4. When the session ends, the maker wallets are swept and the funds return to the master wallet. For the Volume Booster you choose what happens to the tokens: sell now, sell gradually, or keep them.

Each trade pays fees, so the total you get back is a little less than you put in. See crypto trading fees explained.

Keeping control

Because the bot places trades for you, it must be able to sign transactions, which means the wallet keys are stored (encrypted) by the bot. That is how every bot that trades on your behalf works, and it is worth being clear about:

  • Fund only what a session needs. Do not use the master wallet as long-term storage.
  • You can export the private key at any time and import it into Phantom or Solflare (Solana) or MetaMask (BNB Chain, Robinhood Chain).
  • Never share your key. Our team will never ask for it.
  • Old wallets are kept on record when you change your master wallet, so nothing is lost.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use my own wallet as the master wallet?

Yes. You can let the bot create one, or import your own by pasting its private key. The bot deletes your message right after.

Do I get my funds back when a session ends?

Yes. Whatever is left in the maker wallets is swept back to your master wallet. You can also sweep or transfer out manually from Settings.

Is the master wallet safe?

The bot has to sign trades for you, so it stores the keys encrypted. Treat the master wallet as a working wallet, keep only what you need in it, and export the key if you want full control.
